Designed as the first 5 story, 50,000 square foot office building on the Southgate Mall campus, this building integrates brick, glass and steel which architecturally compliments the original mall, yet stands on its own. A bank is on the main level with multiple office uses above, including medical clinics, accountants and attorneys. The elevator and stairways were designed within the center core of the building maximizing the perimeter facade for windows, allowing natural light and views from all spaces within the building.
